Internal Quality Assurance Cell of Kristu Jyoti College of Management and Technology, Changanassery in association with ESAF, organises Placement Drive on 12th October 2022, at 9.30 am in the Seminal Hall. Sibin Babu (Officer- HR Recruitment - ESAF) was the Chief Guest. Total of 94 Students were take part the Function. The Programme begins with a prayer song. Dr. Varghese Antony (Vice Principal & Head of the Department of Post Graduate Department of Commerce) delivered the Welcome Speech. Fr. Joshy Cheeramkuzhy CMI (Principal, Kristu Jyoti College of Management and Technology, Changanassery) inaugurated the workshop and delivered the Inaugural Address. The outcome of the program was to create an career guidance about their post and history about ESAF. Every candidate should read their resume and should have a confidence about giving the answer. 1st round was Aptitude Test which was cleared some students and 2nd round was interview that was cleared by 7 students that was selected for 3rd round. The 6 students was from Kristu Jyoti College of Management and Technology, Changanasserry and 1 of students was from Assumption College. Final round 3students were selected with conformation letter. In the end of the session, there was a question answering session to clarify the queries of the participants.

And some students were selected in that round. 3rd round was HR interview 30 students were selected. Placement cell of Kristu Jyoti College of Management and Technology, Changanacherry in association with IQAC (Internal Quality Assurance Cell) and SURETI INSURANCE MARKETING PVT. LTD, Coimbatore organized a placement Drive on 14th November, 2022, at 9.30 am in the Seminar Hall. The representatives from SURETI INSURANCE MARKETING PVT. LTD, Coimbatore presented an outline about the entire programme schedule and a brief history about the company profile and job profile. Around 80 candidates participated in the campus recruitment drive, out of which 50 candidates were qualified after the first round. After G.D and final interview 37 students were selected. Career Counselling and Placement Cell of Kristu Jyoti College of Management and Technology, Changanassery in, organises Campus Placement Drive in Association with ICICI Prudential on 18th April 2023, at 9.30 am in the room no.707. Ms. Himy Sunil Issac (Regional HR Manager) was the Chief Guest. 35 teachers were take part the function. The program begins with prayer song. The whole program was attended by 17 students. The outcome of the program was to create a career guidance about their post and history about ICICI. And 6 students were participated for the interview and 5 Students are Placed.
