Kristu Jyoti College of Management and Technology established its Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) on 19 January 2021. As an integral part of the institution, the IQAC strives to achieve academic and administrative excellence by developing and implementing a systematic approach towards conscious, consistent, and continuous quality enhancement in all areas of the college.
The IQAC assures all stakeholders—including students, parents, faculty, administrative staff, management, and society at large—of the institution’s commitment to accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement in its quality management system. It plays a vital role in ensuring and enhancing the quality of education and other institutional activities.
The IQAC serves as a significant step towards institutional excellence. It organizes various programmes and capacity-building initiatives for faculty members, administrative staff, and quality circle members. It also conducts open forums to facilitate effective interaction and communication between students and college authorities.
The IQAC undertakes staff assessments to provide constructive feedback aimed at strengthening the quality of teaching, learning, and research. It systematically documents and reports various institutional activities in accordance with the requirements of higher education and accreditation bodies. The Cell also continuously monitors the adequacy and quality of infrastructural facilities to ensure a conducive, supportive, and enabling environment for teaching, learning, and research.
Through these initiatives, the IQAC serves as a key component of the institution’s quality assurance mechanism, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and sustainable development across all aspects of the college.
