As all higher education should aim at employability of the youth, and especially so in the case of professional education, Kristu Jyoti college of management and technology provides ample opportunities for an integral development of the students. Technical expertise acquired here has to be embellished with a rounded personality knowledgeable, confident and comfortable at interpersonal relationship, humble and open-minded before wisdom and humane and honest in their dealings. With this aim the college provides Personality Development Programmes by reputed resource persons, External seminars on Emerging Technologies, Participation in intercollegiate competitions, Outreach Programmes to engender empathy in the students,Industrial visits to familiarize with the emerging IT world and a special ongoing training for effective Communicative English.

 This year placement cell has  provided the training in various placement related areas.  Students have participated in the recruitment program conducted by SAP, Deloitte, Allianz, Mckinsey, Sysgen, TCS, Infosys, CTS, Orion Technologies, KPMG etc…
