Activity I
Open Mic Programme
On October 17, 2024, at 3 p.m., the Speakout Club in association with the IQAC of Kristu Jyoti College of Management and Technology, Changanacherry, organized a program named Debate. The program’s objective is to help students improve their presentation and communication abilities. “Death Penalty should exist or not” was the topic of debate. Students discussed on “Death Penalty should exist or not” as for and against. The program’s objective was to give the students a chance to improvise their public speaking and overcome their stage fright. Without hesitation, students from different departments had participated in the debate.
Activity II
Open Mic Programme
On October 7, 2024, at 3 p.m., the Speakout Club in association with the IQAC of Kristu Jyoti College of Management and Technology, Changanacherry, organized an Interactive session and debate for the club members. The program’s objective is to help students improve their presentation and communication abilities. Students discussed on various topics as well as countered against. The program’s objective was to give the students a chance to improvise their public speaking and overcome their stage fright. Without hesitation, students from different departments had participated in the debate. This time it was a spot event, where students selected the topic for debate then and there and conducted in the class room 417 itself.
Activity III
Open Mic Programme
The Speakout Club in association with IQAC of Kristu Jyoti College of Management and Technology, Changanacherry organized a programme titled Open Mic Programme on 9th August 2024, at 4.00 p.m at college Portico. The theme of the programme was youth skills. The goal of the programme was to provide an opportunity to the students to showcase their talents and skills. Students from various departments had exhibited their talents without any hesitation. The programmes performed by students include songs, dance performances and mimicry.
Activity IV
Open Mic Programme
On January 27, 2025, at 11.15 a.m., the Speakout Club in association with the IQAC of Kristu Jyoti College of Management and Technology, Changanacherry, organized a workshop for UG first year students. The program’s objective is to help students improve their presentation and communication abilities and also to give the students a chance to improvise their public speaking and overcome their stage fright. Without hesitation, students from different departments had actively participated in the workshop. The workshop was conducted in the Conference Hall.
