Placement/ Career Development Activities 2024-2025

Activity I- Career Orientation Programme 

The Post Graduate Department of Commerce in association and IQAC and Career and Placement cell organized career orientation programme for BCom final year students on 16^th July 2024.The Career Orientation Programme is designed to provide guidance and support to the final year Bcom students in their career planning and development. The event aims to equip students with the necessary skills and knowledge to successfully transition from academic life to the professional world.

Activity II-  Interview Training Techniques

The Post Graduate Department of Commerce in association and IQAC and Career and Placement cell organized Interview Techniques for MCom semester 1  students on 3^rd September 2024. This help the students was conducted to enhance their job readiness and boost confidence. The session focused on improving communication skills, body language, and answering techniques. Industry professionals simulated real-life interview scenarios, providing constructive feedback on performance. Students were guided on resume building, handling tricky questions, and effective self-presentation. The interactive nature of the session allowed participants to identify strengths and areas for improvement. Overall, the event was a valuable learning experience, equipping students with practical insights to excel in future job interviews and career pursuits.
