Add on Courses 2022-2023

Activity I

TallyPrime

Post Graduate Department of Commerce in association with IQAC of Kristu Jyoti College of Management and Technology, Changanacherry provided an Add on course on “TallyPrime” for B.Com Computer Application & Finance and Taxation and M.Com students. The course duration was 35 hrs and classes started on 1^st August 2022 and ended on 21 March 2023. Exam was conducted on 28^nd March 2023 to 20 April 2023 and certificates were awarded for all students who have passed the exam.

Programme Objective:  The major objectives of the course are stated below:

• Tally Course deals with GST, TDS, Inventory management, and Accounting.
• Beginners can opt for various top Tally Courses in order to brush us their knowledge and skills.
• Basic knowledge of Business Management and Accounting are necessary.
• Tally Essential – 1, Tally Essential – 2, Tally Essential – 3 are some of the best books published by Tally Education Pvt. Ltd.
• Accounting with Tally certificate course is not just theoretical program, but it also includes continuous practice, to make students ready with required skill for employability in the job market.

Activity II

Fundamentals of Accounting

Post Graduate Department of Commerce in association with IQAC of Kristu Jyoti College of Management and Technology, Changanacherry provided an Add on course on “Fundamentals of Accounting” for B.Com Computer Application & Finance and Taxation. The course duration was 30 hours and classes started on 12th September 2022 and ended on 14th December 2022. Certificates were awarded for all students who secured grade B and above.

Activity III

Certificate Course in Communicative Hindi

Post Graduate Department of Commerce in association with IQAC of Kristu Jyoti College of Management and Technology, Changanacherry provided an Add on course on “Certificate Course in Communicative Hindi” for First Year B.com Computer Application & Finance & Taxation students. The course duration was 30 hrs. and classes started 15^th March 2023 and ended on 31^st March 2023. Exam was conducted on 31^st March 20213 and certificates were awarded for all students who have passed the exam.

Activity IV

General Aptitude Course (CMAT & Bank Test Coaching)

Post Graduate Department of Commerce in association with IQAC of Kristu Jyoti College of Management and Technology, Changanacherry provided an Add on course on “General Aptitude Course (CMAT & Bank Test Coaching)” for B.com Computer Application & Finance & Taxation students. The course duration was 60 hours. and classes started June 2022 and ended on  March 2023 . Exam was conducted on 31^st March 20213 and certificates were awarded for all students who have passed the exam.
