Group Discussion & Interview 

BCom Third year students of Post Graduate Department of Commerce in association with IQAC of Kristu Jyoti College of Management and Technology, organized a three-day training program on Resume Building and Interview Skills was conducted from 4th to 6th August 2025, from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM each day. The program was organized with the objective of preparing students for their professional journey by enhancing their resume writing and interview performance skills. The session began with a welcome address followed by an introduction to the importance of a well-structured resume. The second day focused on the role of cover letters and online professional profiles. The final day centered around interview preparation.
