Post Graduate Department of Commerce in association with IQAC of Kristu Jyoti College of Management and Technology, Changanassery organises International Conclave on The Technological Driven Remodelling of Industries From 4.0 To 5.0 on 8^th October 2021,

The technical session I   was about Innovations in Education Complementing Industry 4.0 begins at 11.30 Am to 01.00 Pm. Mr. Rajit Karunakaran  Co-Founder & CEO, ProBiz Knowledge Centre Regional Mentor of change. ATL, Atal Innovation Mission was the resource person. The Platform used was Zoom. The Conclave was attended by 175 participants. The programme begins with a prayer song. Ms.Retna Sagar (Faculty, Department of Commerce)  delivered the welcome speech.

                                        Technical Session II ( 4.30Pm to 6.00Pm)

                                       Evolving HR 4.0 Transforming Enterprises

 Technical session II begins at 04.30pm to 06.00pm . Mr. Arun Sukumar Kaimal, Human Resource Director, India, SEAK and ANZ, Cepheid at Danaher Corporation, Singapore was the resource person. Both the sessions were very much informative for the participants, as it was delivered the various possibilities of innovations in business area. The session ends with the vote of thanks delivered by Ms.Shincy K Kurian ( Faculty, Department of commerce)

II .National Webinar on Awareness Programme on Banking Ombudsman Scheme

Post Graduate Department of Commerce, Kristu Jyoti College of Management and Technology, Changanacherry in association with RBI Trivandrum branch organises Awareness programme on banking ombudsman scheme on   October 11, 2021, Time : 11.30 am to 1.00 pm. The Programme started with the prayer song by department choir. Fr. Joshy Cheeramkuzhy CMI (Principal, Kristu Jyoti College of management and Technology, Changanacherry delivered the welcome address. The Introduction about banking Ombudsman scheme was given by Smt. V. Vijumol. The first session on Banking Ombudsman scheme and ODT was handled by Smt. Lekshmi G V. The Second session on NBFS OS and Integrated Banking Ombudsman Scheme  was delivered by Sri. Vinayaga Moorthy. A quiz competition for the participants were conducted and it was organised by Shri. Prakashan P. Total of 128 students of B.Com first semester finance and taxation were attended the  session.  The inaugural session ends with the vote of thanks delivered by Shri. Kiran Sen.

Details about the Programme:

1. The session provides detailed information about ‘Who is Banking Ombudsman and also about the details of the banks which are covered under Banking Ombudsman Scheme 2006.
2. The banking Ombudsman is all about filing complaints. The session covers on how to lodge complaints and the various grounds on which the complaints can be filed.
3. It also covers the details of customer’s liability on fraudulent transactions.
4. The programme also discussed about Modus Operandi of recently noticed unauthorized transaction.
