CHARITY DRIVE
The first year BA English students under the leadership of Ms. Nisha T & Ms. Sheena Susan Baby, engaged in humanitarian activities during the Covid Pandemic time. Student representatives namely, Serene Babu, Milin Rithuparana and Gowri Nandana I collected donations and money for gathering stationary items and handed them over to the Mother Superior of the Mercy Home. The entire visit had the complete blessing and backing of our Principal Rev. Fr. Joshy Cheeramkuzhy CMI, and also Cijo Joseph HoD B A English KCMT. The students also made their financial contribution to the authorities. It was a humanitarian gesture from the part of the students of BA English Department KCMT.
CHARITY VISIT
The first year BA English students under the leadership of Mrs.Veena Maria James, their class tutor paid a visit to the Old Age Home named Snehalayam Charitable Trust based at Vakathanam, Thottakadu on Friday 8th April 2022.The students were also accompanied by Ms Nissy Praise Binoy, the final year BA English student’s Class tutor. The representatives of the Second Year and the final year students participated. The BA English students did have lunch with the inmates of the Old Age Home and thereafter they carried out certain cultural programmes in front of the inmates to bring joy to them. The entire visit had the complete blessing and backing of our Principal Rev.Fr.Joshy Cheeramkuzhy CMI, Rev.Fr.Alex Praikalam CMI,Director Sargakshetra and also Cijo Joseph HoD B A English KCMT. The students also made their financial contribution to the Old Age Home authorities. It was a humanitarian gesture from the part of the students of BA English Department KCMT.
