A debate competition was conducted to all the 6th semester B. Com Finance and Taxation (Batch-2) students on 27th of January 2023 at 2 pm. All four batches of 6th semester financial taxation and computer application participated in the competition. “Is brain drain in vogue?” was the topic. Students were divided into two teams for the debate as per draw of lots. Both teams had 10 mins each to speak. After that, a rebuttal session was there to contradict the opposing team’s points. Students were judged on the basis of the construction, content, delivery as well as diction of their presentation. Prizes were given out for the first and second places and also the best speaker form each group.
