Out Bound Training
Post Graduate Department of Commerce, Kristu Jyoti College of Management and Technology, Changanacherry organized a Two Day Out Bound Training Program from 22nd September, 2022 – 23rd September, 2022 at Lead College Palakkad.
The journey started from college at 7.00 pm with 50 students under the guidance of Ms.Shincy K Kurian and Ms. Anu Eappen Assistant professors, Post Graduate Department of Commerce. By 1.15 am, the team reached at Lead College Palakkad. After the breakfast, the students were divided into 4 teams for a mental activity at 8.30 am. After that there was a trucking programme at Dhoni forest and lunch was arranged at 1.30 pm at Lead College. Adventurous activities like rope sliding, wall climbing, rope walk etc. were started at 4.00 pm. After rest and tea break fire walk and DJ party were conducted.
On second day the students were divided into different teams for different activities like shooting, swimming, rope walking at farm of the college. After tea started return journey by 6.00 pm. The entire journey came to an end at 12.30 pm when reached college
Out Bound Training
Post Graduate Department of Commerce, Kristu Jyoti College of Management and Technology, Changanacherry organized a Two Day Out Bound Training Program on 10 September, 2022 to 11th December, 2022 at Lead College Palakkad.
The journey stared from college at 4 pm with 45 students under the guidance of Mr. Titto Mathew and Ms.Archana.S Assistant professors, Post Graduate Department of Commerce.
By 12.00 am the team reached at Lead College Palakkad. On 10th after breakfast the students were divided into 4 teams for a mental activity at 8.30 am. After that there was a trucking programme at Dhoni forest and lunch was arranged at 1.30 pm at Lead College. Adventurous activities like rope sliding, wall climbing, rope walk etc. were started at 4.00 pm. After rest and tea break fire walk and DJ party were conducted.
On second day the students were divided into different teams for different activities like shooting, swimming, rope walking at farm of the college. After tea started return journey by 3 pm. The entire journey came to an end at 11.30 pm when reached college.

The journey stared from college at 7.00 pm with 52 students under the guidance of Mr. Titto Mathew and Ms. Krishnapriya P Assistant professors, Post Graduate Department of Commerce.
By 2.00 am the team reached at Lead College Palakkad. After breakfast the students were divided into 4 teams for a mental activity at 8.30 am. After that there was a trucking programme at Dhoni forest and lunch was arranged at 1.30 pm at Lead College. Adventurous activities like rope sliding, wall climbing, rope walk etc. were started at 4.00 pm. After rest and tea break fire walk and DJ party were conducted.

Out Bound Training
Third year students of B.com Finance and taxation Batch 1 of Kristu Jyoti College of Management and Technology, Changanacherry participated in the Outbound Training Program on 22 and 23 August 2022 organised by Marian College, Kuttikannam. The day started with traveling to Marian College ,Kuttikanam by bus to Marian College Kuttikanam .The program started with a warm up session and then the resource persons divided the whole class into different groups. For the next two days students were given tasks blended with management principles. There were indoor as well as outdoor tasks. Including walking on fire, eating fire, outdoor trip to Parundhumpara and Palm forest for completing various tasks. Students developed immense confidence. The bus returned back to college on 23rd by 7 o clock in the afternoon.
Out Bound Training
Post Graduate Department of Commerce, Kristu Jyoti College of Management and Technology, Changanacherry organized a Two Day Out Bound Training Program from 27th October 2022 to 28th June 2022 at Marian College, Kuttikkanam.
The journey started from college at 7.00 pm with 45 students under the guidance of Mr. Titto Mathew, and Ms. Smitha Retnan.
By 11. am the team reached Marian College Kuttikkanam. After breakfast, the students were divided into 4 teams for mental activity. After that, there was a team building game after that lunch was arranged at 1.30 pm at Marian College. Adventurous activities like fire walking, wall climbing, rope walking, etc. were started at 4.00 pm. After rest and tea break and DJ party was conducted.
On the second day, at early morning 5.30 AM we went for trucking in peelikunne. Then the students were divided into different teams for different activities like , and rope walking at the farm of college. Fun and interactive
games like Caterpillar race, Spacewalk, Spider web, Scavenger Hunt, Life jacket, and Ring escape were also included which made the day even more amusing.
After tea started the return journey by 4 pm. The entire journey came to an end at 7.30 pm when reached college.
