The Women Cell of Kristu Jyoti College of Management and Technology came into being on November 9, 2021. Ever since its inception, the cell has played a pivotal role in addressing different aspects of gender issues. The cell plays a vital role in the upbringing of the women in the KCMT family. The Women Cell of KCMT has set a benchmark by accomplishing all its targeted goals.

To empower the Women Community to initiate, execute and sustain on innovative projects.
To eliminate the gender disparity among the college community.
To capacitate girl students by giving defense training by collaborating with the civil police office.
To educate the women community on decision making and practices on matters concerning their life.
To execute structural and functional changes in the campus, promoting women centric programs.
