Placement Drive I

Placement cell of Kristu Jyoti College of Management and Technology, Changanacherry in association with IQAC (Internal Quality Assurance Cell) and U.S.T, Bangalore organized a placement Drive on 27th September, 2023, through Google Meet. The representatives from U.S.T., Bangalore presented an outline about the entire programme schedule and a brief history about the company profile and job profile. 32 candidates participated in the campus recruitment drive.

Placement Drive II

Placement cell of Kristu Jyoti College of Management and Technology, Changanacherry in association with IQAC (Internal Quality Assurance Cell) and INTELLIPAAT, Bangalore organized a placement Drive on 06th November, 2023, at 10.00 am in the Conference Hall. The representatives from INTELLIPAAT, Bangalore presented an outline about the entire programme schedule and a brief history about the company profile and job profile through Zoom Meeting. 68 candidates participated in the campus recruitment drive, out of which 20 candidates were qualified after the first round ie Group Discussion. After final interview 07 students were selected. The programme was coordinated by Mr. Christin Mathew and Mr. Dileep P.V. (Training & Placement Officers).
The following students have got placed in Intellipaat for the role of Business Development Trainee.

Placement Drive III

Internal Quality Assurance Cell of Kristu Jyoti College of Management and Technolo-gy, Changanassery in association with ESAF, organises Placement Drive on 09th No-vember 2022, at 10.00 am in the Conference Hall. Total of 15 Students were take part the Placement Drive The Drive was conducted in Online Mode. The Pre Placement Talk was to create an career guidance about their post and history about ESAF. Every candi-date should read their resume and should have a confidence about giving the answer. 1st round was Group Discussion which was cleared some students and 2nd round was Apti-tudeTest that was cleared by 5 students.In the end of the session, there was a question answering session to clarify the queries of the participants.

The Majority of the Participants Found the information provided during the Pre place-ment session highly relevant to their career concerns and also they understood about the post and also about the ESAF.

The outcome of the program was to create an career guidance about their post and histo-ry about ESAF. Every candidate should read their resume and should have a confidence about giving the answer. 1st round was Group Discussion which was cleared some stu-dents and 2nd round was AptitudeTest that was cleared by 5 students.In the end of the session, there was a question answering session to clarify the queries of the participants.

Planet Spark

Internal Quality Assurance Cell and Career & Placement cell of Kristu Jyoti College of Management and Technology, Changanassery in association with Planet Spark , organises Placement Drive on 7th February 2024, at 10.00 am in the New Examination Hall. Total of 46 Students took part in the Placement Drive. The Drive was conducted in online Mode. The Pre Placement Talk was to create a career guidance about their Job post and history about Planet Spark.
The Majority of the Participants Found the information provided during the Pre placement session highly relevant to their career concerns and also they understood the details regarding the job post and also about the Planet Spark .At the end of the session, there was a question answering session to clarify the queries of the participants.
At the second session the placement drive comprised initially with an online test , thereafter with group discussion and interview. students from various departments had taken part in the placement drive.

Placement Drive V

Manapuram Finance

Internal Quality Assurance Cell and Career & Placement cell of Kristu Jyoti College of Management and Technology, Changanassery in association with Manappuram Finance Ltd , organises Placement Drive on 2nd February 2024, at 10.00 am in the Indoor Stadium. Total of 176 Students took part in the Pooled Placement Drive. The Drive was conducted in Offline Mode. The Pre Placement Talk was to create a career guidance about their Job post and history about Manappuram Finance Ltd .
The Majority of the Participants Found the information provided during the Pre placement session highly relevant to their career concerns and also they understood the details regarding the job post and also about the Manappuram Finance Ltd .At the end of the session, there was a question answering session to clarify the queries of the participants.
At the second session the placement drive comprised initially with a written test , thereafter with group discussion and interview. MCA,B.Tech & BCA students from various colleges in kerala had taken part in the pooled placement drive

Activity I

Seminar on Career Development & Orientation

Career guidance and Placement Cell in association with IQAC of Kristu Jyoti College of Management and Technology, Changanacherry conducted a seminar on career development on 8th January 2024, at 10.00 AM. Mr.Dinesh K was the resource person. The event was conducted at Seminar Hall. Total of 197 participants were take part in the Seminar.
In this session Mr.Dinesh k, Talent curation executive, Kerala Knowledge Economy Mission has taken a class on how to register digital workforce management system .Kerala Knowledge Economy Mission (KKEM), aims to create jobs for the educated by transforming Kerala into a Knowledge Society that produces, consumes and transacts knowledge for the benefit of its own social and economic development. During the session career ambassadors were selected from each class about 8 students have been selected Students from Bcom computer Application are : 1.Blessom 2. Akshay 3.Devika 4. Angela Students from Bcom Finance and Taxation are: 1.Adithya Krishnan 2.Krupa Sajan 3.Mohsin Abdul Muneer 4.Anu Biju . Almost all students got a clear understanding about the registration process of DWMS Connect-Job Portal. Their queries were also put forward and answered by the resource person. Overall it was a fruitful session
